Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 2 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags, certificates, and packaging intact.
• Custom-made, personalized, or engraved items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Return:

2. Provide proof of purchase (order number and receipt) and, if applicable, photos of the item(s).
3. Our team will guide you through the return process, including providing the return shipping address.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refund Process:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days, and the amount will automatically be credited to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items:
