At Woemiya, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product, we offer an exchange in accordance with the following policy.
1. Exchange Policy
- Products can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery.
- We offer product exchange only. Refunds are not available for change of mind or other reasons covered by our exchange policy.
- Products must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories, if applicable.
- Exchange requests must be approved by our team before the product is sent back.
2. Non-Exchangeable Products
The following products are not eligible for exchange:
- Products that have been used, worn, damaged, or altered.
- Products without their original packaging, where applicable.
- Products returned after the 3-day exchange period.
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video, so our team can review your request and assist you.
4. Exchange Shipping Charges
Customers may be responsible for shipping charges for exchanges due to personal preference or change of mind.
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us to discuss the return shipping arrangements.
5. How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange:

6. Refunds
